Nice to see Blair in, but they should just let Ian play until he fouls out.
Dude, it is not something that will be changed overnight. He has to learn. Each game and player is different. He has to adjust and it will gradually happen. Hopefully. But it is not fair to ask him to be great at it in 1 week.
