A lot of the players from 2011 are on this years roster. That's something nobody really talks about.
Andrew Luck
Robert Griffin III
well they were 5-11 in 09, 7-9 in 2010. Lynch got there 2011 and they again went 7-9.
last year they bumped up to 11-5. its not inconceivable that they wouldn't be hovering around .500 if not below it

to add, to to this, Wilson took over a 7-9 team that had made the playoffs and had even won a playoff game, and they improved by 4 wins. Luck got the Colts to a 9 game turnaround and into the playoffs. RG3 was there for a 5 game turnaround and got his team into the playoffs. Wilson took over the easiest situation of the 3. I have Luck>Wilson>Griffin out of those 3 rookies. Tannehill started off hot this year but they have one of the 3-5 worst offensive line situations in the league, so its been really hard to gauge him lately. Luck has had the least support in the run game of that entire QB class, which makes him that much more impressive
Not sure what the "lol" is for. Did you see the Seahawks with Tarvaris Jackson?
The year before Wilson took over, they did not make the playoffs. That was two years before Russell. And, that playoff team of two years prior had one of the best quarterbacks in Seahawk history, a quarterback that took a team to the Super Bowl and that team still went 7-9 with a lot of the same players. So, to imply that they would've been two wins better is a stretch, especially with Matt Flynn projected to be the starter.
And in the same two year span for the Colts (10-11), they had a 10-6 season. That Colt team without Peyton still rushed for 1,400 yards and 7 TDs with their three headed system. I'm not saying Indi had a monster running game, or a great defense, but it's unfair to say a team that was below .500 since 2008 would all of a sudden be a .500 or above team.
so it's a coincidence that browner and sherman play for the seahawks since the 2011 season, thomas and chancellor from the 2010 season (now only 24 and 25 years old) and bobby wagner from the 2012...
funny. for every other team in the league, its a qb driven league, and other players don't matter. yesterday we were hearing all about how Peterson is the best, but it doesn't matter without a qb. Seattle seems to be the only team in the league where the QB doesn't matter. convenient. cute.
Kansas City, tbh. Like I said, those two teams are carbon copies of each other
pretty much everybody here think KC will lose their first playoff game. i dont think the board agrees with that notion about seattle
Andrew Luck is gonna win the Super Bowl like 9 times. It's going to be legen...wait for it...dary.
I love how googling "Cawnbread Griffin" produces results mostly about a random slave narrative

I miss the days when this was considered a discussion
the votes pretty close 42-37 in favor of luck

he was downright bad for a couple of weeks after. 4 TD passes last week though, so I think he may be recovering.
Luck has looked like the past couple of weeks. Hard to make excuses for ty performances, but seriously DHB ing sucks and drops EVERY pass.My Da'Rick Rogers will give Luck someone else to throw it to aside from Hilton.
