That Bonner three could be huge in the second half because if Bonner has confidence, he'll wreak havoc on Utah's strategy to pack the paint whenever Parker drives. A couple Bonner threes in the second half would be huge. Not only for the six points but the Jazz will have to rethink their defense.

Spurs not down 10 at half - though they generally played a pedestrian half after the first couple of minutes. Doubt has to be heavy in the Jazz locker room, rolled in the last game and despite being home, etc...they lost the half.

Diaw with 2 points and 1 rebound in 14 minutes......we are going to need more production out of him in the second half.

He hasn't had the opportunity.

Take one example on a recent Manu-Duncan P&R attempt. Hayward and the other big hedged Manu pretty hard, Duncan slipped the screen and Manu made the right pass (ultimately led to a "hockey assist" And 1 by Duncan).

I don't remember a single instance in this game where Manu shied away from attacking the rim when it was open for him.

He had a great opportunity on a Diaw screen, but Diaw was called for the offensive foul so that's a moot point.

I still think he's being way too passive out there. Pop's gotta tell him to be more aggressive. That's why I continue to believe he has to start again at some point in these playoffs. I think starting could get his confidence going again. I'm not liking Neal and Manu on the floor together now. Neal isn't looking to him and that's not helping either.

Ginobili's mobility on defense has me worried, as well. He is spacing guys too far and basically conceding long jumpshots. I'm not sure if that's Pop's plan or Ginobili just not having the lateral quickness he needs but it will not get it done versus a great backcourt.

You guys are simply used to the Spurs leading by double digits by halftime. I say everybody just take a chill pill and relax. We all know the spurs aren't playing that well but in all honesty I kind of want the spurs to win a close game by only 1 or 2 points to prepare themselves for the second round. We need this close game win

Tim with a good first half but 3 reb is not enough especially tonite.. reb is the reason why the game is still close

you can't reb when the team is not missing shots they are shooting 47% from the field and the only reason duncan's reb # where the first two games was because the Jazz struggled to score the ball
