    I really don't understand why Parker didn't pass it to Kawhi on the fast break, pulling it up is playing right into Memphis's strength on defense.

    Again, the number of fouls is pretty even. When you settle for jumpers - as they did for a long ass time in the second qtr - you aren't going to draw fouls. The disparity is less indicative of poor officiating as it seems.
