Same w/ Baynes. They looked promising in the preseason, but in the regular season it's back to Bonner again.
The 76ers don't have huge, physical bigs. That's probably why Pop hasnt played Baynes tonight. Wednesday could be a different story with the Wizards having bigs like Gortat and Nene...
Can we stop posting this video...please.
This Sixers team doesn't make more than two passes on offense. Brown must be raging inside at his team's performance.
lol Rose staring at camera after Philly Cheese Steaks mentioned
Please stop fouling, let this game end
FFS, isn't it clear to you that Tiago does not have the athleticism of Ayers? He doesn't try to finish with dunks most of the time because he'd them up like Ayers (inexplicably) has.
I'm so ing sick of the Splitter bashing.
Splitter shot 56% from the field last year but he's a "terrible finisher"... Tiago helped Timmy shut down the best frontcourts in the league last year but he's "trash". Ugh. Some of you ers need to get some perspective.![]()
Stick to your Yank accent Malik, your Aussie is atrocious.![]()
All foreign lineup. Perfect for Veterans Day
tf, brown just bolted to the locker room![]()
Done. My 16-4 prediction looking pretty good at this point.![]()
Yep, keep saying it, we play Pacers in Finals and Splitter is treated like a god.
No, they had a very friendly conversation before the game. No snub whatsoever.
Ok cool cool
Yup. Splitter was totally unsuited to playing the Heat. But look at what he did to the vaunted Memphis frontcourt.
Good win on a B2B with Timmy sitting out.![]()
No, it has nothing to do with athleticism with Tiago. He just goes up soft. He always tries that little flip shot, and yes it's effective sometimes, but for the life of me I have no idea why he doesn't try and go up stronger sometimes. Even 37 year old Duncan will throw it down every now and then or try to with defenders around him.
I'm not sure why you took that as Splitter bashing, I never bash Splitter, nor did I say he was a terrible finisher. It just aggravates me to see him not be aggressive around the rim, and even rebounding the ball at times. I know he's helped a ton defensively for TD, and is the beneficiary of some great looks cause of his great screen setting abilities and BB-IQ of rolling to the basket.
But there's nothing wrong with wanting the guy to be a little tougher on the interior when finishing. It'd be nice if he added another element to his game by now
Sure. As soon as you change your avatar.
