Marco is so much better than Neal it's not even funny. at Spurfan who thinks differently. Neal is not even close to being the well-rounded player that Marco is.

I remember 09 when the Spurs had Finley, Bonner, Thomas, Mason Jr., Udoka, Oberto, and Vaughn as their role players. *shudder
I had suppressed those memories. Damnit.

I know we all appreciate Splitter on Spurstalk, but he was pretty ing bad in the Finals. Those Lebron blocks destroyed whatever confidence he had in the post-season the same way Hack-a-Splitter did the year before. It's up to Splitter to come out aggresive the next time we play Miami in order to redeem himself.
This I know. He was brilliant in the WCFs and awful in the Finals. It was also an awful matchup for Splitter.

I'm just annoyed that LBJ gets all the play on ILP when Danny Green's blocks on him were just as spectacular.

This is why I was saying people shouldn't get so hopped up about Ayres flukes the other night. Yes he needs work, but that guy can finish with authority

I agree! Neal was a 3 pointer, pop was trying to make him a PG run an offense was too much pressure for Gary

Yeah, those teams weren't nearly as fun to watch and not as successful. I'm proud of those teams, and I think the boring label was a stupid media meme, but we're a far more interesting, dynamic team these days.

I like Ayres. he's decent defensively and knows where to be on offense. you can tell he really puts a lot of work in and understands our system.
