Yeah, I was listening to Cowherd on my way to work one Monday, and he was calling Bruce Irvin a bust for the Seahawks. While I don't see him as a bust, I think he hasn't played with the heart and determination that would make him unstoppable. You saw the last few minutes of Frizzle's Carolvagina Maine Coon vs the Mighty Seahawks game. He dominated and really sealed the deal. I don't know. I'm probably in agreement with you that he is missing something. Like maybe they want him to float. I expect him to spy Jamal Charles and at least attempt to slow down the speedster waiting for Wright and hopefully Smith to finish him off. Jeron Johnson has been sketchy in place of Chancellor but Kam has made some mistakes. I think that's due to his injuries starting to take a little toll. Man, our beloved Seahawks are going to be in amazing match-ups with great teams up until the last week. Did you see Taima land on someone's head?
Irvin has been hurt a lot. But he got out of the gate very quickly in his rookie year. He was a big part of that G.B game when we had a billion sacks. If he stays healthy I think he'll get a rhythm. But I think mentally he needs work. Hard to fix that.

Oh yeah I saw Taima have a breakdown. Did you see the twitter press statements?

Yeah, he's a nickel back all the way. I mean, he's too small to play that demanding jamming D we like to play. But match him up on the 4-5 receiver in a large set and he'll be fine. Lane looked decent when they put him on Preston Parker, but there were times when he'd leave his man to trail Donnell over the middle. I'm like dude, Donnell is decent but he's no Red Head Graham or Gronkowski or Julian Thomas...
I think Lane will be fine, he didn't play a lot last year, and has been hurt early this year. The next few games I think he'll get into a rhythm, tremendous speed he has, and can jam the slot well. Mixes it up with guys twice his size too

Yeah that was funny--having Taima release a apology that seemed to poke fun at the cookie cutter apologizes spewed from the likes of Ray Rice, Aldon Smith, and Greg Hardy.

Give it a few more weeks and the NFC West IR/Suspended squad could win the NFC South and, maybe, AFC South.

    Defense on verge of stackage:

    Dockett, Mebane, Dorsey
    Abrahams, Willis, Washington

This.....Is.......Some.....Bulllllllllllllllllllll l . At this point, all I can do is laugh

Hopefully Willson and Helf can go, although apparently they did light work today. Can't have a guy just signed (Tony Mo) getting heavy snaps. No big deal, just the first two TEs in the rotation gone for the year. We'll Deal.

Welcome back. Just to let you know, we stuck to the bet.

Depends on what we do in the draft/FA I guess. He just took a pay cut, so I'm not sure that it's more likely to happen than not.

    Bad News The Gemini Method.

It appears Anthony Fasano may miss this weeks game, if this occurs that means increased reps for Kelce. That's no good bro.

I'm just worried we'll come out flat just like the last time we were in Missouri...

Yup! And he has been stealing snaps from Kelce all year long. IMO Kelce has TE1 real life and fantasy potential, especially with his YAC ability despite Smith's limitations. The guy can run over, and run around defenders. He'll probably break out next year if they utilize him properly. Wish we had him in Seattle.

There was a time when the Chiefs had beaten the Seahawks something like 16 games in a row.

    The last 10 years...2-0.

The Seahawks getting a taste of what other teams face in their place, with the noise.

No. They have never lost 16 straight to the Chiefs. They've lost 7 in a row twice and 14-15 in that stretch. It hasn't been a compe ive series, but that is for the birds.

Bills vs Dolphins? Unless Marino & Kelly are suiting up, not a chance.

I just remember him being groomed to help Witten and being pretty disappointing in Dallas after Parcells drafted him.

I remember him going to Miami at some point after that and I stopped paying any attention to him. He's dependable, but never was anything great.

Add NaVaro Bowman to this list. Looking like he'll not return from injury this year.

    That's a great 3-4 front seven.
