Amare ... no lateral movement, can't shoot... pass.
West ... unless he goes to Ohio ( Cavaliers) ... but I'm not sure in Lebron likes him. It is just odd that when he came out, he was looking to join the Spurs or the Warriors. Why didn't he talk about the Cavs?
My guess is either Scola or West join for the minimum, not both.
If you have a team option for a guy like Muscala can you trade him and then have the spurs sign him to a deal or do they need to sign him and then move him?

Besides, Spurs absolutely need some length from someone to match up against the big centers of the West. Have we forgotten about D.Jordan, Howard, Gasol, Bogut, Adams? These are all from the top teams, Mavs, Rockets, Grizzlies, Warriors, Thunder.
