Not that there's anything wrong with that.
Whatever you need to do to get YOUR gaming fix.

You may have a point there, Mr. Volleyball Voyeur.
Meh, the more that I think about it, the more I don't know that it's fully worth my time and efforts.
After all the "bobbing" you did for it, I'm sure this console was worth enough of your time.

I wouldn't go to the trouble of ebay it all off anyway, you never know what you're gonna get for it on ebay, add that to the fees and the trouble of mailing and insuring it. bleh.
Just what I thought. I got an S-Video cable for it yesterday to keep it in the room I'm at most of the time and left the HD cables hooked up so I can just grab the console and the power supply with which I could defend the honor of my home against three or four burglars and go to the big screen.
I tried it out yesterday on the big screen and DAMN!
Gears on HD is awesome. Can't wait to try out GRAW 2. I just finally started F.E.A.R. again, jesus christ that makes you jump.
The new Star Wars: Force Unleashed game sounds pretty cool based on the IGN.com preview. Ultra realistic enviroments. Wood acts like wood and splinters, metal bends and sparks, etc.![]()
The only thing i was disappointed with was that they still don't allow you to cut through walls and such. So much for being "unleashed".
Def Jam Icon is pretty fun so far. Only fought about 10 battles. Can't beat getting to kick Sean Paul's ass! The career mode is built around getting a label started. When you try to sign a new artist, there's always someone else trying to sign them too, so you kick their ass. Beef pops up between your artist and another labels artist, kick that other labels artist's ass. Lot of ass kickin'!
It's pretty funny that in the Night Club level, the pole dancers are interactive. No, not like that, but you can get them to swing around the pole and knock out your opponent with a high heel to the face. I'm not making this up!
The match sets up like this. My match against Paul Wall takes place in his studio. I have to kick his ass before he releases a mixtape full of unreleased from my artists. The studio is blaring his single, "Sittin' Sideways". Everytime a bass note hits, the studio starts changing, signs fall off the wall, lightbulbs pop. I knock Paul Wall to the ground, enough time to activate the games "DJ control" to change the music to my song, "Back Then" by Mike Jones, while "my song" is playing I can inflict extra damage.
Crazy game.
Kicking Sean Paul's ass?
You've got my interest piqued.
Yup, beating Lil Jon's dumbass too was fun. Oh and if you're into the customization aspect of games, it seems they have nike, jordan, adidas, etc in the shoe dept and the usual hip-hop stuff in the clothes dept(sean john, ecko, etc) Grills can be bought too.![]()

Is this PS3's equivalent of Xbox Live?
PS3's HOME:
http://kotaku.com/gaming/clips/gdc07...ome-242341.php
It does like mildly interesting, but the premise of 'Home' is pretty much The Sims on a next-gen console. What I dont understand is that theyre going to release two of these kinds of games, one is Home and the other is Little Big World, I dont see how two mmorpg's are going to work out on one console especially when you have to pay to unlock most of the stuff in these games and considering the price of the ps3 right now and all that goes with it. I used to be a ps-only consumer but after the mishandling of their launch for the ps3 and me being forced to buy a 360, I cant ever remember a better time gaming than I have now and so until Sony does something to win me back I dont see myself buying anything but MS stuff until their price drops, and that isnt even planned til like what? 2009?
I just wonder about how bad the lag will be with that many users on screen at one time. I'm fine with Xbox Live right now, I have real life friends to talk to in the real world. Who would seriously "hang out" online? I'm sure PS3 will launch a ripoff of Live soon regardless.
I was thinking of picking up ghost recon 2, have any of y'all tried it out yet
Still trying to finish part 1.![]()
Not to mention the thousands of people that will be playing music on there at once, playing the mini games, and talking at the same time, we'll see though, I dont think they can afford to charge less than $15 a month for it
I really enjoy xbox live also the only thing I wish they would change is show all the servers that are available to play on. Similar to how the games on PC work, and then you could choose which one you want to join. Ive been getting pissed off because of the GRAW 2 multiplayer for that reason, it keeps putting me in the same guy when theres others available
Gross.
Hey Dirk tell em how I destroyed everyone today when we played![]()
Some of your torque bow kills were veeery niiiice.
What about "Put your helmet and your gameface on!"
Yeah GoW online is fun, I've been playing alot of GRAW2 online and I'm having alot more fun with that. Anybody else playing it?

On a different note, I'm currently playing Oblivion and I've got a serious problem.
My character is turning into a ing vampire! Anyone out there that's played this game know how to reverse the effects or treat the vampire 'virus'? I've got to get rid of the damn thing, every time I go out during the day my skin starts to smoke and I lose health until I die.
Anyone know what to do? Help is appreciated!
