To follow up on the info from earlier last week, Inside Texas says the players being benched are OG Patrick Vahe, LB Anthony Wheeler and LB Malik Jefferson.
Vahe has statistically had two of his best games the past two weeks, so his benching is the most surprising.
Also from Inside Texas, DE Lagaryonn Carson is no longer enrolled at Texarkana Liberty-Eylau.
He's now at an alternative school.
