In a post on Facebook, Grijalva stated she was present at the raid that happened at Taco Giro located near St. Mary's Road and Grande Avenue.
Grijalva confirmed she was pepper sprayed in the face by an agent.
"I literally was not being aggressive, I was asking for clarification, which is my right as a member of Congress," Grijalva said.
Grijalva stated members of the press were pepper sprayed, and she had remnants of the spray on her face.
