    You should asy your boss if you will ever be given those types of benefits in the future or if it is just a short term thing.

    Thanks B2B and 2Blonde.

    And I shouldn't have said NO benefits because there's plenty of benefits besides financial. I'm gaining knowledge and experience with this job, which will definitely help in the future. I'm getting connected with people in a field I'm interested in. And the Dr. is actually a person I respect and look up to. I see her as a mentor.. she teaches me a lot about everything in life. So I'm happy where I'm at for now.
