I think you're wrong on that one, he is an NBA correspondent who gets paid, he even talks about it right before he mentions tackers name.

Lets think of the logic, if he was an average fan with a video camera, then tens of thousands of fans would be storming in the locker rooms...

No, I simply pointed out that you told someone that they spelled a word wrong when they didn't in a sentence where you misspelled "your", failed to capitalize and then put a random capitalization after a comma. The irony in your calling them a "dumb re " was already apparent, and therefore didn't require anyone point it out in order for it to be funny.
