He has the tools, many players out there even when they play their best do not look like they belong. Hairston playing bad, still looks like he could be one of the best players on the floor. IMO. Not an all-star or anything, but effective role player.
He reminds me of a smaller Earl Barron. Keyword smaller.

However, note that the NBA usually delays the stream a little bit when the game is also on NBATV. I'm guessing the logic is to make people want to watch it on TV if they can.
But yeah, it should start working eventually. The delay is usually like 5 to 15 minutes.
That should make for some fun commentary. Some of us are gonna 5-15 minutes behind everyone else.
You need to chill out and read a little more carefully. I initially wrote, "Right now, he may not even get a training camp invite." This is not a statement saying that he will or or will not get an invite. This is statement saying he is playing so poorly that it's not certain he'll get an invite. You know the difference between "may", "can", "will" and "won't" or should I explain these things to you? It's never too late to learn.
I also said that no one had decoder glasses that suggest he belongs, as your's seem to do. That's still true. Last night, for example, he looked like maybe the 10th best player on the floor. Even Hill's 0-10 was more impressive.
