    the NBA Live series is not worth anyone's money. If you compare it to the 2K series ... well there is no comparison.

    Awful.

    WTF are the fans looking at behind him? Seriously come on. Each year I expect a game to produce life like fans yet they always stare around the arena and wear 80s clothing. Not one person in Spurs gear.

    Not to mention Live sucks anyways.

    ive been a live fan since 99, pretty much bought everysingle one since then, but last year i couldnt take it anymore and bought 2k8. comparing 2k8 to nba live 08 is like comparing michael jordan to kobe bryant, theres just no comparison.

    NBA Live 06 they introduced free-style all-star , which essentially are unstoppable moves certain players can do.

    Makes for the most boring ass and unrealistic gameplay EVER. I hated 06 so much that I bought 2k6 and never looked back.

    Comparing 2k8 to Live is like comparing Jordan to Vinny Del Negro. One is the GOAT, and the other is totally ing worthless.

    If NBA 2k9 was $200 and NBA Live 09 was $2, I'd still buy 2k9 the first day it came out and never touch Live.

    While I might not buy it the first day it came out, the comparison honestly makes perfect sense. I wouldn't buy Live if it was two cents. Why? some posters may inquire, possibly not having played both or never having played either, and the reason is simple:

    LIVE ING BLOWS.

    i frickin hate live. i hate it when the opposite never subs players in. and sometimes the home team is booed in the game. i just dont understand it.

    its horrible

    2k8 is the best.


    i also got NCAA 2k7, that game is brilliant.
