chowhound.com is a website that i use. it's made up of groups of people, so i guess it's good. these groups of people with taste buds hang out in the boards and give lots of recommendations. granted, i just check out the dallas area. maybe there are some san antonio groups of people there. enjoy

The paella at Azuca is good but it has a South American flair to it. It's still pretty good, though. You can also go to El Mirador on Thursdays and they have it for lunch. It's much closer to spanish paella but it doesn't have any seafood in it. It has chicken and sausage.
There are a few Mediterranean restaurants I haven't tried but they might have some.
