Bird comes out and says Tinsley is gone for the above reasons. Why does anyone trade unless they are extremely desperate for a point guard. All the league has to do is sit around and wait for the buy out now.

They say organizations are defined from the top, and that's usually true. This franchise has been snake bitten since Bird re-signed O'Neal, then canned his mentor Isaiah. You pull that kind of , you're going to lose the respect of your clubhouse. Players don't like being patronized or treated like children.
