Did Pop call Larry Brown about G. Wallace?

Brown acknowledged they did consider trading Wallace, but said many of the discussions were initiated by other teams.

"As soon as I got the job a lot of my friends started calling me about him," Brown said. "I had a lot of guys that are general managers that I'm close to, or coaches.

I hope this is true....we can give up basically everybody except Big 3 or Ian. I would do it.....Big 3 plus G. Wallace would be a dream team. Salary cap? I dont know,ask the Holtcrane. Historically speaking Spurs are always short on money (Scola buyout, previous Splitter contract before he got offered crazy extension) ..as great as it sounds its not going to happen.
As long as everybody healthy i like our chance.
