Besides the Spurs? As a true Spurs fan that answer would have to be no team BUT the Spurs.
So anyone who loves the game of basketball and just likes some player on another team and roots for that players team to win if the Spurs are eliminated is not a true Spurs fan?

    Fail.
    Whoever is playing the Lakers
    Whoever is playing the Suns
    Whoever is playing the Mavs

    IN THAT ORDER

Ill root for the Rockets in the playoffs if the spurs are out.
This about sums it up for me too. I have a lot of family in Houston and I root for all the other teams there.

I'm speaking for myself. I should've said THIS true Spurs fan. I don't want to see the Rockets, Lakers or freakin Timberwolves, for that matter, succeed. I respect them but do i want them to succeed? Hayull Naw!!

    Hawks.
Though they are still bad enough that I can buy decent tickets for the Spurs game as a walkup.

So are the hawks now popular just because they almost took down the Celtics, or is there another reason everyone is supporting them?

    Philadelphia for me!

I liked their mentality and playoff performance last year and now they added one of my favourite players in Elton Brand.

They are also in east so they do not clash much with the Spurs.

    Go Philly!

Because it is fun to say "HOW BOUT THEM HAWKS!!!", which is what I did when I worked in SA at a jcpenny's, and customers gave me weird looks.

But seriously, I'd like to see the Mavs and Rockets succeed enough to somehow pull a double fatality in the 1st round. I also really like the Jazz, Magic, and the Celtics as long as KG doesn't scream/hit his chest 10+ times.

And the Hornets, but I've lost respect for Paul after his horrible acting(he should take lessons from Manu and Steve Nash), and David West is an asshole. I love them as players, though. And I would trade KT or Fab and Bolliver in a second for Chandler.

Of course I despise all of these teams if they play the Spurs, obviously.

I expect every team in the league, other than San Antonio, to lose every one of their games. Anything less will equate to a big disappointment in my book.

Yeah same here, ive been around Houston most of my life and am A die Hard Astros Fan. They are the one team I have the most loyalty towards, spurs are a close second. Then The Texans now, used to be the oilers but well yeah they left.

Clips, Sixers, and Blazers for me. I'd love to see a rebound for the bulls but I don't really see it happening

I'll root for Minnesota because I advocated so strongly in favor of the Spurs signing Ryan Gomes this off season. I'll root for Orlando and Courtney Lee because he's a small school guy like George Hill, and was the guy I'd originally hoped the Spurs would get in the draft. I'll root against no-defense no-maturity Denver and JR Smith.

The Cavs, Pistons, Houston, and the Magic in that order.

Primarily, anyone who plays against the Lakers unless it's the Mavs.

The Knicks, because the only way to embarrass D'Antoni in the playoffs anymore (which never gets old) is if he can get NY to the finals.
    Awesome
