Hmmm, this doesn't sound like something Manu would say. I've never seen Manu saying anything even remotely close to being this rude or disrespectful of another player. I have a feeling something got lost in the translation.

I live in Brazil and have to suffer through the angst of occasionally reading sub les of movies or TV programs and wanting to pull hair out over the jargon lost in translation...I'm like, we Americans are way cooler than that! I think that translation was done half-assed. Sounds like someone ran that Manu interview through Babelfish, Globalink or something!

The translation was perfect.The problem was I forgot to talk about the context (he WAS KIDDING FOR GOD SAKE!)

The "original" sounds like a "faux amis". The equivalent of "original" in Spanish doesn't have exactly the same meaning(s) as original in English.
