If Pop is still not listening, maybe its time to change. Change we need. YES WE CAN ! Hate to admit it, but Spurs need some serious offensive upgrade, because I dont think we play defense as well.

Since Obama is no longer available to coach this team..perhaps I should leave it to all of you to decide what to do with Pop. By the way, Quatro might not enough..the beard has grown into some kindda of forest.

A frontline of Duncan, Oberto, Thomas, Tolliver and Mahinmi (healthy) isn't bad at all. You have experience, smarts, toughness and athleticism. I just hope Mahinmi can stay healthy and perform well.
yeah in another league maybe. Because those names on the same team in the NBA are gonna get smoked night in and night out.

Actually, I think it's that new PA announcer.

The Spurs haven't won a home game since Stan Kelly left the mike.

Bruce deserves to finish out his career as a Spur.
Waive all those other scrubs or trade them for whatever we can get.

    (Finley, Vaughn, Bonner).

I don't mind keeping Thomas around to bang with Shaq should we meet, but can we bring that kid Watkins back to get some run? We need an athlete in the middle.
    Agreed.

Pop, shave the beard. Ever since you've grown it, nothing good has happened to the team.

    - Splitter reneges
    - Manu gets hurt in the Olympics, and then needs surgery
    - Finley is re-signed
    - Ian gets hurt and can't go through training camp
    - Spurs blow to open the season
    - Tony gets hurt
    - Finley healthy

Pop's beard is casting some sort of Bonner mojo on the whole freaking team. Pop, I'm going to break in your damn house tonight with my Quattro and end this.

    I agree!!!!

This is all a plot by CIA Pop to get us another lottery pick. You don't really think that two all-stars could be injured in one season do you unless there was a sinister plan afoot?

And the fake beard is just to hide the evil grin on Pop's face as we get nearer to another number one pick in the draft next year.

Who IS the best college player in the country?

Not bad at all != very good.

It would be nice to have a stud to place next to Duncan, but that's not happening and it hasn't been that way for a while (unless Jesus v1.5 does really well). The Spurs don't demand much from their bigs outside of Duncan, so if these guys perform well enough (which I believe they can), it'll be business as usual.

Pop, shave the beard. Ever since you've grown it, nothing good has happened to the team.

    - Splitter reneges and stays in Spain.
    - Houston and Portland team up to scheme against the Spurs by stealing French sensation, Nicolas Batum.
    - Manu gets hurt in the Olympics, and then needs surgery
    - Corey Maggette spurns the Spurs' offer
    - James Posey spurns the Spurs' offer
    - Eduardo Najera rejects the Spurs' offer
    - Jannero Pargo bolts for Russia
    - Barry signs with Houston
    - Finley is re-signed
    - Vaughn is re-signed
    - Gist is sent off to Italy (way beyond his range )
    - Ian Mahinmi gets hurt and can't go through training camp
    - George Hill injures the thumb in his shooting hand.
    - Bonner should have been waived to open the door for either Green or Hairston.
    - Oberto develops cardiac problems
    - Spurs blow to open the season
    - Tony gets hurt after teasing Spurs fans with the game of his life (will be out for 3 weeks).

Pop's beard is casting some sort of Bonner mojo on the whole freaking team. Pop, I'm going to break in your damn house tonight with my Quattro and end this.
    Fixed.

The only positive so far is the signing of Roger Mason Jr.

Oh and other than digging us into an early hole I happen to think that Manu's injury was an eventuality waiting to happen.... just get it out of the way I say....
