I think that Pop is happy with the current situation. It helps the young guys see that just because you play for the San Antonio Spurs doesn't automatically make you a winner. You gotta work just as hard if not harder than everyone else.

Seeing Manu moving around again is encouraging.

Does anybody know the status of Ian? I haven't seen any news on him lately. Yes, I know he isn't the Spurs savior, but it would be nice to see him get some action on the court.

It's a good sign seeing Duncan so amped up. He's usually half asleep until the all-star break. He looks ready for this monumental challenge.

He looks and sounds ready, and it is great to see it. There's a little bit of an edge in his voice and his body language. It is a big challenge but he's a big time player. If anyone can make an impact on the court and in the huddle it's Duncan. I believe in him and in his ability to lead his team through this.

There hasn't been a lot of news regarding him. Elliott in a recent broadcast talked about seeing Mahinmi on the practice court, which is about all the news I've heard lately.

Going by Mahinmi's interviews, I'm guessing around Dec. 1 is when he'll be ready.

Oh and maybe he is a savior.

Great video. Thanks for sharing. Manu looked very good out there. I think he will return by the end of this month. Manu is the type to be very consistent in asking Pop to return.
