A 33 on the ACT is somewhere above 99, but I'm not sure what exactly. All I can find is that "31 and above" is in the 99 percentile.

Have you ever heard of punctuation marks? They come in handy when trying to convey a point. You don't have to go to Harvard to be smart, but it is a pity that whatever school you went to (and I'm talking high school... please don't tell me you made it to college with your level of grammar) has failed you so badly.
