I knew in the first quarter that Tim was gonna go off on Kenyon. There was that one play where Tim looked at the ref like, "are you not gonna call that" and then drove to the basket and got fouled by Martin. After that, it was all over for KMart.
maybe a hybrid in between both![]()

Ain't nobody didn't not never think we coudln't not get no wins but not us.
RaCk soLID D!
That spin move dunk he put on Kenyon in the 3rd quarter was a thing of beauty. I think Karl pulled Kmart out of the game soon after to save him any further embarrassment. I think this game was proof that Tim pays at least a little attention to when other players talk smack about him. This helps to explain why practically every power forward and big in the league is so gracious when commenting about Tim Duncan. They don't want to be owned the next time they meet up with him.
Tim's a very selfless player, don't get me wrong, but he has an ego. He is very compe ive and when other teams talk I think that really gets him going.
And I don't know why Martin would ever say something like that. Duncan has ALWAYS made Kmart his .
K-Mart sucks guarding Duncan but I would still take him on this team. His athleticism, ability to finish at the rim and shot blocking ability would be nice alongside Tim...
KMart apparently forgot about 21/20/10/8. Eh, who cares, we've won 2 more since then
He sucks in crunch time, just disappears. I'd rather have Oberto deep in a playoff run.
ha, probably. I mean you don't get to where he is without being compe ive like that. Talking to Tim or getting him mad, especially IN GAMES, is just an awful idea. I can't remember how many times people have talked and Tim's made them pay for it (Mark Madsen and Shaq come to mind from last season).
The Nuggets are a far better defensive team with a healthy Martin than without him. He played pretty well against Timmy in the last game and should probably have known better than to talk . I guess he forgot to count Lebron's dunks in the finals.
