LOL, how long do you think that truce would last. I dont think the Spurs hate the C's like we do. We are to the Spurs as the C's are to us...
you may not count on the spurs fans' dislike of the celtics, but you may count on their dislike of garnett and rayray.

I remember when the Bobcats beat a defending Detroit Pistons squad back in 2004 91-89...
And that was after most of the Pistons' suspensions were over from the Brawl...

We could never hate you guys as much as you hate the Celts, strictly for the fact that we could never play a league finals series with you. It's rough (really rough) to get bumped out late in the play-offs (and I give the Lakers credit for being Spur poison during certain seasons), but I'm sure it's far more devastating to make it all the way to the end and get turned back. However, we wouldn't know. As it has never happened to us. How's that for a truce? ah.

this is a brutal loss.....any other team except the Bobcats and I could say no big deal....but this loss is a big deal, at least right now.

personally, i think the Celtics are just in a rut. It is a long season. I think they will turn things around and hit their groove after all-star break.

i will say, they definitely arent playing with the same chip on their shoulders that they had last year. I also believe that the loss of Posey is huge.

They are still the team to beat.....but it is kind of funny watching all the haters attack them like savage pit bulls.....they still have one of the best records in the league.....but some people tend to completely overreact to the slightest of things.

They'll probably get it together, but Posey's not walking through that door anytime.

Oh and on principle, How's that karma tasting KG ?

Augustin even talked some trash at the champs' expense.

"They come in and intimidate you and try to punk you," Augustin said. "But if you don't back down from them, they kind of fold."

That's a pretty bold statement, luckily for him the Bobcats won't even make the playoffs.

Did you see Michael Jordan motivating his players during timeouts?

This guy can beat the defending champs without even touching a basketball

Sometimes the best teams lose to the worst teams. It happens. Over-confidence is usually the culprit. Spurs are famous for losing to scrub teams, even in Championship years.

So yeah, the Celtics are in a slump. But no need to panic. If it continues another week, then maybe....

Celtics weak ass bench has finally been exposed. More losses to go with Danny Ainge's castration plus playoff elimination coming up. Stay tuned.

From a general perspective, the bottomline is that the JRich trade was a good move for Charlotte. "3D" Boris is back (I think he averages something like 16/7/6 since the move).

I am not saying that the trade was a bad decision for Phoenix, though. Just that Diaw now looks like what he was when Stoudemire was injured...

Definitely a good trade for Diaw as already said he is going to show how good he is.

It is not only about stats. Diaw makes players around him better. He has bring some balance to the bobcats.

The funniest thing is that was actually the second update they did to say they won. The first was during the 4th quarter saying the Celtics won 95-92, Pierce scored 21 and Allen chipped in with 20.
