If Im not mistaken he will be 25 in 2010, but even so his adjustment time will not be long, maybe half a season. The guys been playing pro for 5-6 years now and at a very high level. I got the chance to see him play 2 games in person last year and he is the real deal!
Besides Skilled bigs can play at a high level till 34-35 as long as they take care of themselves. Remember Manu was 25-26 when he was a rookie with the Spurs. If he can come in 2010 he will likely be the starting Center from day one. With him and Ian it will allow the Spurs to fill up the roster with vets while still maintaining a hint of youth.
Splitter right now on this Spurs team would avg 10ppg 9rpg and a block or so! He is an excellant team defender. We got a steal with this guy and if he signs in 2010 the waite will be worth it!

With that aside, any help Timmy can get is worth the look. Even if it takes 10 day contracts till next season. And Fabs double pump no look under his legs passes are about all the offense he provides. Lets not even get into his Fabulous Fab Rebounds.
