It is very clear now. The Spurs are #2 in the West. The Lakers are #1. If the spurs don't come up with some changes to the lineup, last year is very likely to repeat itself regardless of how well the current lineup plays. I was also put off by Holt's comment implying that getting to playoffs is great. Well, it is not great enough for me.

Finley does need to play only like 15 minutes. Enough of these games where Finley plays close to 30 and goes 1-8 and two boards while getting blown on defense.

I forgot to quote, but whoever pined for a Fin replacement, they have Hairston!!! I'd have to ask chump about his perimeter D, but all I remember from preseason is his flat-footed dunk on Yao, and his block on Tayshaun. He definitely plays bigger than he is. Damn, I wish he'd made the cut over AToll, but the quest for Horry's clone continues.
