you obviously don't know what good food is... if you can find a good restaurant that makes mole poblano the right way you wouldn't be downin' my favorite dish.
the only place in town i have found pretty damn good mole has been guajillos. i have eaten mole everywhere but guajillos makes the best so far here in SA. the best i have ever had was in acapulco, mx made by my friends old aunt. mmmm real mexican home cookin'!
oh and it's not mole but the mini piratas at tacos de julio are awesome too.

Guajillos? Really? I've only been there once and didn't care for it at all; but then I didn't have the mole. I eat the best mole regularly.....at my house! It's one of my specialties but not widely appreciated.

yeah guajillos has some good mole though their chicken is kind of blah... the mole sauce though is good!
