Unless one or two examples is enough to lead the country. Just from a biological standpoint, I would think the odds of having a mother and daughter who are both menstruating, sexually active, and knocked up before the ages of nine and ten are pretty slim.

Actually, there are more girls than you would think who start to menstruate at 8 and 9 years old now, and it is not like they are getting impregnated by 9 or 10 year old boys.
