Manu got bailed out there on the so-called foul by Bell.....we got lucky, but I'll take it.

Considering he was attacking the whole game and getting to the line, I wouldn't exactly call it too lucky. I have seen other players get that call with even more exaggerated efforts of trying to draw the foul on the defender as opposed to shooting it.

If you are aggressive for most of the game, the refs will give the offensive player the benefit of the doubt.
