This little er doesn't have in his pants. He just cleared the womb and the nurse just told him he's already $20,000 in debt.

    I'm confused.

So if 6 years during Bush's presidency the economy was great and I made lots of money...the economy wasn't great because it was all leading to this catastrophe.

Yet if Obama and his administration can artificially keep the economy from collapsing, then the economy is great and we owe it all to him.

Some people still don't realize the real damage hasn't even showed up yet

Correct. Economic "growth" predicated on artificial asset bubbles that wipe out all of that growth and more, mean that the economy wasn't "great" to begin with.

Yet if Obama and his administration can artificially keep the economy from collapsing, then the economy is great and we owe it all to him.

Think about this statement for a second. The phrase "artificially keep the economy from collapsing" implies that if it were not "artifically" kept from collapsing, it would "naturally" collapse without his adminstration's intervention, as just about anybody with any knowledge of the situation with the banks/financial ins utions were predicting would happen.

If this "natural" collapse was prevented by what the administration did, then are you saying we should have simply sat on our hands and let that "natural" cascade of chaotic failures and negative feedback loops destroy even more wealth than has already been lost?

Some people still don't realize the real damage hasn't even showed up yet
    ?

    Elaborate.
