while it was dumb trading youth for an aging veteran, there is still no denying that Kidd is an above average guard. there was really nothing much more he could do in Dallas. he is what he is, a player who can push the basketball, a great passer, good spot up shooter, and his solid frame makes him a good defender. he isn't a premier scorer. its not his fault that Dallas is a team full of jump shooters without much athleticism.

as much i hate LA, this would be a great fit for them, and if they can sign him for cheap, i would cream my pants if i was a Laker fan.

Kidd is washed up. His legs can't sustain the style he wants to play at. He f'ed the mavs, mavs don't have the personnel or coach that Kidd plays with so Cuban ed up and brain farted on that one. Kidd wherever he goes will be a mediocre jumpshooter and a decent passer. I'd give him the LLE at best. I feel bad for dallas.
