what a ty rule that the officials can't review that stuff
The Spurs lost probably at LEAST a full second at the end of the HOU game. Same thing, clock runoff after the foul not reviewable, since it wasn't the end of the Q.

Well, that sucked for us Rocket fans, the clock had clearly expired...but if we win out we win the division anyway.

P.S. that wasn't a foul at the end. Mason went straight up with his arms, and Nocioni jutted his hip out to force contact. No ref is going to make that call at the end of the game.

    Ask Barry.

Funny that Mavfan starts this thread when their series win over the Spurs was giftwrapped to them by no calls on Manu and Duncan's final shots at the buzzer in regulation. If anything Diop and Dampier tried to cut off Duncan's head on his putback at the buzzer which should have been shots with the clock at 0.0 and the game tied.

    you.

at least it locks the King's into the best lotto position...this ball bounces our way, maybe the ping pong gods will see that they bounce the king's way.

What's even worse is that when you watch the replay you can hear the buzzer go off with the ball still in his hands, just hilarious......

We've been on the wrong end of several of those this season. At least Sac isn't in the playoffs, so all they are playing for is ping pong balls.

this one call in our favor doesn't even begin to make up for all the bad calls we've suffered, such as the no-call on Barry's shot at the end of the Lakers game last year.

What's weird is that upon the replays, you can see that the shot clock lights on the backboard never went off.

That's probably what got the call to go the Spurs way in real time.
    I agree.

Of course it is a ty rule, but many teams have been burned by this one and other ty rules. To say the Spurs "cant complain" is beyond re ed. I can show you bad calls from every team, so I guess no teams can complain.

Didn't the NBA review the Lakers/Kings series in a certain playoffs for being fixed in favor of the Lakers?

The way I look at it calls get blown throughout the game. This one just happened to be in the closing seconds. In the end, everyone gets their fair share of calls going against them. This one was just extremely timely in the Spurs favor.

I just think it's funny that a Mavs fan on a Spurs board is crying about it. It's not going to effect your team's championship chances either way.

are you that butthurt over a spurs win over the kings? your team has won championships based off obviously favorable calls for your team.

seriously the only fanbase that can talk is the kings and we know they dont have a fanbase.

maybe the mavs if dirk wasnt such a ing pussy in 06.

but other than that, you can go yourself got.
