I think Kori does a very good job of "reigning" in when things start getting out of hand. And warnings, suspensions, bans happen plenty, but they are handled privately so we aren't always aware of it. Further intervention by the admin wouldn't necessarily be a good thing. But a bit more SELF moderation is always good!
