Ive yet to see the tat, nor have I heard his reason for getting it, but do you really think Amare thinks he is a black Jesus? I guess you also believe James thinks he was chosen by some higher power. It all sounds silly to me. Amare is no more a Jesus than you are. He cant even will himself off the injury list. And James is no more chosen then these pair of shoes I have on. Its all just gimmicks to make themselves feel good.

Of course he doesn't literally think he's black jesus, I really didn't think it was this complicated to understand why Amare would get that tattoo. My whole point is that they are both douchy enough to get tattoo's like these.

Yeah it's pretty ridiculous. I've never heard of a professional athlete being narcissitic before. This has got to be one of the first times ever. They both need to take an etiqette course for pro athletes. Maybe Barry Bonds can mentor them now that he's out of baseball.

Being a little y and getting a tattoo that says "Chosen 1" are different.
