If anything, Ron should've been called for the first foul. But since they let so much contact go in the post, this being the post season where there are more physical plays, no foul should've been called and just let the play go on. Ron went after Kobe and was right in his face.

The game was getting chippy at that point so Ron getting a T was reasonable. Then he made a throat slash motion the first time and that's why he got tossed I think. It was understandable given the state the game was in at that point. Only after Ron got that 2nd tech did he started making gestures like he got hit in the neck, twice.

Yeah but there is no other angle from the video and from the video they have it doesnt seem clear that kobe elbowed him the throat, so if its not clear that it was in they throat you are going to suspend him becasue ron said he elbowed him in the throat
