It's not about the game anymore, it's about Cuban and his off court crap. Dirk is not unhappy with Cuban acting like a jerk. It takes the heat off him.
They did discuss about this last night on "Inside the NBA". The league needs to beef up security during NBA games and do better job in protecting the players families.
It's starting to get out of hand now and hopefully it ends in game 5. All because Mark Cuban had to open his mouth.

After watching those videos, I'm laughing my ass off at anybody in the Nuggets organization delivering lectures on class. My other thoughts:
1) Kenyon Martin IS a punk. I've never seen such a softer fake "tough" guy. It's not like Cuban slandered or libeled him. In fact, what he said was pretty damn accurate. That said, it would've been better to not say anything at all.
2) Under no cir stances is it acceptable to curse, use racial slurs, spit, or spill drinks on fans of another team. If a Mav fan did that, even if provoked, I won't defend that.
3) That said, if you come into another arena wearing the visitor's colors and want to woof it up and talk smack when your team is doing well, then you had better be prepared to take it when the shoe is on the other foot. The accounts I've read have the Nugget ladies instigating what happened in the stands. The appropriate response isn't to assault somebody or spill a beer on their heads, but they deserve every bit of smack talk back if they were being provocateurs. I don't understand this mindset of people who want to be obnoxious and dish it out because they're a part of some celebrity's inner circle/entourage, but take exception when they get it dished right back in their faces.
LOL at anyone who thinks Cuban would be scared. Barkley originally did this, he threw a ball at shaqs head because he knew the refs and league wouldn't let a fight break out. Cuban knows Kmart won't do because any physical contact will have Kmart banned for at least a year.
This POS Kmart was only yelling because he knows he won't do anything about it. Like you said, he'd be put into deep freeze like Artest if he ever actually did assault another team's owner.

I'm not a fan of Cuban, but I take his side on this. You are acting like if Cuban came running over to K-Mart that he would have run away. Of course K-mart was not going to run across the court and start beating his ass. But if you truly think that if no one was watching and no one would find out that K-Mart would not fight and murder Cuban, you are kidding yourself.
