What could be pretty funny is a plotline / gag (not overall plot of the movie) where they're trying to pass the torch & retire, but nobody else wants the job / new hires keep screwing up.

In other words this will suck.

Big fan of the first film and the second one is decent.

I cringe when I even think about a new group of Ghostbusters. There are some things that you just don't mettle with and Ghostbusters is one of them. Stupid Freaking Hollywood!! they have to mess up everything that was once good!!!
