If the nuggets get Stern's pit bulls - Derrick Stafford, Dan Crawford, and James Capers again they are royally screwed.
If they get impartial referee's they'll be fine.

LA's going to once again out-execute them in the fourth to pull out a close game 4 win, and then they're going to win by 20 at home to eliminate them. Same old Denver; they get the split on the road and then themselves the rest of the series.
I wish the game was on at 12 30. It's basically a Sunday.

I just hope the Lakers hang aroung until the 4th quarter & then Kobe, Ariza & Pau know what to do from there. Denver will start off strong but fade. LA by 7
I think the last game determined the series. Denver needed to protect their homecourt.
If the Lakers come into todays game ready to play, they will leave Denver with a 3-1 lead and the nugget meltdown will be underway.
I feel pretty good about his game just like I felt pretty good about the last one.
Denver kicking the Lakers ass in game 2 might have been just what the doctor ordered.
They probably went into the houston series over-confident and as usual played down to the level of the compe ion.
I don't think they're taking Denver for granted...at least I hope not.
If the Lakers absorb the first quarter onslaught by Denver than I think the Lakes might take this game by 8 to 10.

I'm rewatching Game 3 on NBATV right now, people don't realize just how badly the Nuggets played. I mean they missed just about every 3 they took and made countless TO's. If this goes 7 and they lose in 7, man they have to look back at Game 3 and just want to kill themselves for blowing a golden opportunity.
IMHO the Lakers need to hang around until the 4th and then turn on the afterburners and hope the Nuggets fold.
