The Cavaliers make like 5 different retro jerseys every year.

LeBron has been third in jersey sales the last two years.

I fail to the reason for the thread in the first place. You basically made a thread to say, "hooray, LeBron is more watched than Kobe!" What's the point?
    are you serious?

Plus, when Cavs fans go to buy a jersey they have to make a tough choice between buying Lebron over Mo Williams, Andy, Z and even Wally. The Lakers only have 1 jersey to buy.
    Who would buy wallys jersey...seriously

Were the Rockets Playoff games in 2007 televised? I don't think NBA TV was invented yet. Did they do it like the 70's where you had to send away for the tapes if you wanted to see video of the games?

actually, I do have one reason to thank the Rockets for being unwatchable enough to stick on a channel nobody knows they have

    About which comment?

I exaggerated about how many retro jerseys Cleveland make each year, but they do have a new LeBron jersey every year. That's basically the same thing as Kobe changing his number.

Yes, LeBron has finished third in jersey sales the last three seasons.

And, yes, the reason for starting this thread in the first place was stupid.

No but you're right fan night on NBA tv would have guaranteed the rockets more games. I like your thinking.

They will float back into the abyss after King Crab leaves them next year. I mean...this

guy..Thunder Dan was so high on his team and I called their fluky from so long ago. I

knew he was going get down like this but that is ok.

I guess all he has going for him nowadays is checking the ratings and comparing them to his team losing.

2 other things about Lebron's jersey sales

    1) Cleveland is not warm year round like LA- so that makes jerseys non essential items. I bet that Lebron sells more hooded sweatshirts than Kobe and is #1 in the league in long sleeve tshirts

    2) Cleveland is very fashion conscious. Everyone knows that only bags and little kids wear jerseys, we opt for more stylish Cavs gear, not the played out jerseys.

All that says is that there are more little kid and bag Laker fans. It tells me nothing about his popularity.

Lebron is one of those people you hate because he's so good.

Kobe is good, but you really hate him because he's a and plays for the Lakers. And he raped that white woman in Colorado.

Lebron makes more in endorsements. He doesn't care about jerseys. He agrees with me that only tools and little kids who don't know any better wear jerseys

    good point.

Lebron is like Kevin Costner in Tin Cup and Kobe is Kevin Costner in Mr. Brooks

LeBron is great. He's an amazing basketball player. He's the best player in the league.

He lost. He's no longer in the playoffs. Stop trying to make him news.

Maybe I'm mistaken but I thought there was a thread that previously showed higher ratings on TNT when compared to ESPN/ABC in the ECF/WCF or something.
This has some info. I think there was another one, I'll see if I can find it.
