By far Poker is the best if you become decent at it. You must have patience, and the ability to lay down great hands when you know you are beat.
If you like a little more excitement low buy in tourneys are the way to go because you can't be as patient and are forced to take more risks due to the blinds constantly raising. But if you cash you get a of a return on your investment.
Last week I played in two tourneys one $65 with no cash and one $150 tourney at Caesars where I made the final table third in chips and we chopped it up. I took home a cool $2800 for a $150 investment.
