    They made a move to keep Ginobili healthy for the whole season, Jefferson can play some of Manu's minutes say a problem happens with one of his ankles. That problem solved. Only now they have no real center, which hurts. Not sure if Bowen will be bought out or waived, but if he is they can resign him and the trade is bascially Oberto/Thomas for RJ. Great trade, but they have to address the center spot badly.

    They're probably done with trades, but the spurs trades 2 centers to get Jefferson..
    Ian is the only real center we have, but he's yet to play a full season.
    (No, Bonner does not count as a center.)

    This trade is so full of promise. Before he was traded away from the Nets I thought he's be a great pick-up, I guess it just took a year or two in the pit of Milwaukee. I was hoping that the first trade we heard of was going to be a larger name to perhaps bring a little confident wind back in our fanbase's sails (trade Manu pffft.)and I personally am not disappointed at all. If you're unhappy with this trade, then what the is it going to take to appease? Great move Spurs FO! Now, shop out Bonner/Udoka for a seven footer. So, do you think that this is a sign of keeping Gooden trading away two back-up big men?

    So the NBA offseason has officially begun! Congrats to the Spurs' fans for the trade. This only makes next season even more riveting. Hopefully the Lakers and Spurs will meet up again in the playoffs and bestow us with an exciting 7 game series! Man, is it October already?
