My question is why this is even a relevant story. I'm sure if no one reported it, everyone would've found out at some point via a Shaq tweet. This guy is most over-reported, overly publicized athlete in American sports.

3 more years left? in a day and age where players are accused of being old and washed up when their 30, retiring when your 40 and still playing solid would be impressive.
He wants to be able to ask Kareem Abdul Jabbar how his ass tastes.
