Stealing something from a store or stealing from someone is still stealing. The crime is the same, dude.
Yeah - they're both stealing, that is correct. But, do you realize that there is a difference between petty theft and grand theft? One is a misdemeanor, and one can be a felony. And it's based on the value of the object taken.
that jersey valued at 20k...something thats irreplaceable unless jordan is willing to sign another jersey to parker...nothing beats the original if it has some sentimental memories attached to it can not be replace by the judicial system.
