If they promised, then they misrepresented. If they didn't sufficiently circulate the stuff, again, there is a problem. I don't know her history, but 1st gen college grads don't know the ropes.
If he was just ignorant and the U did what they said they would, than awesome, the suit will get blown out...
Hmm, that is an odd comment... And why the emphasis on experience? I later submitted that same resume to a friend for some advice… First thing my buddy tells me: You know, on your headings (in all uppercase) you spelled experience wrong…

She is an idiot, the judge should allow a countersue for wasting the defendents time....wheres the damages plantiff? What happens when you get a job plantiff, are you going to give the 70k back?
