I thought this was funny from walterfootball
Colt McCoy shouldn't be a first-round prospect, but he happens to be a great fit for Kansas City and Denver's offense, which requires its quarterbacks to play out of the shotgun, maintain no arm strength and not make reads.

So I have this question that I thought since that very play happened.

We know that when a ball is on the ground and a person out of bounds touches it, its a fumble. If a baseball player catches a ball while standing in foul territory, it is foul. If a basketball player is in bounds and an out of bounds player touches him, it is out of bounds on the toucher.

So why was Crabtree not out of bounds when a UT player who was clearly out of bounds was holding his jersey?

As a Horns fan, I would love for this philosophy to make sense, but it does not. First off, if a baseball player catches the ball in foul territory, it's an out. Second off, the football philosophy won't work because both the football and the player in control of the football is in bounds.

Switzer wears orange in Pickens' game suite

STILLWATER — Former Oklahoma coach Barry Switzer watched Saturday's game from the luxury suite of T. Boone Pickens. Switzer was actually clad in an orange shirt.

Several months ago at a charity function, Switzer submitted a bid on a prize that included a seat in Pickens' suite. Because OU was matched on Saturday with Idaho State, Switzer chose to watch the Houston-OSU game.
