i would take either of the other two options, yeah the guy would likely stomp your ass- big deal, theyre not going to let him murder you, you'll be good as new in a week or two

I'd normally say it should be free speech to burn a flag and no punishment should occur... but the dude stole the VFW's property and burned it.
