It's not over yet. I admit things look grim especially with all of the news about what Cabrera and possibly Guillen pulled over the weekend but this Tiger team is unpredictable. They show up at moments we least expect sometimes and choke in situations they syould very well thrive in. So it's really just a coin toss on what will happen tomorrow. Tigers bats have to come alive.

Tigers probably would have a better chance against the Yankees than the Twins, but it doesn't mean it's a good chance. Verlander and Edwin Jackson have both pitched well against the Yankees this year. Great pitching performances could give the Yankees some trouble. The Twins have been better hitting lately but you just don't outslug the Yankees if your pitching isn't very good.
That said, either team would be at a pretty big disadvantage, especially since game 1 would be tomorrow.

I believe Kubel was 8-for-12 against Porcello going into the game. Before last week, I think he was 7-for-8.
