Blair will be serving a lot of crow by season's end to those who think otherwise.
Blair will get good minutes as the season progresses and Pop wants to lessen the load on Tim, Dice and Theo to have them fresh going into the playoffs.
Hill will also get plenty of playing time.
Ian Mahinimi will be gone by the end of the month. The guy is worthless. He is timid (non-aggressive) and collects fouls like Blair collects rebounds. I don't see Pop and the coaching staff holding onto Ian through another season. He is a long way from being an NBA player.
Blair is here to rebound.
He is not going to have plays ran for him. He will have a lot of put backs around rim and open jump shots around 12-15ft, with an occasional drive. As long as he doesn't fail at defense, I can see him playing over Bonner.
Theo will have DNP's. For me, the only people ahead of Blair are Dice and Duncan.
Ian, please dont be a bust. I am still rooting for ya.
Hill is looking good but some anxiety ball from last years habits are still present. I think he can shake that loose though.

i had some really good seats last night man and my voice is gone!!! anyhow let me say i was once agains displeased with ian, williams,jonesshoot eeven bogans. those first three in my very strong opinion need a new home. im not just ranting because i saw ian have one bad game, its the way he plays after 2yrs, of practice after being a first rounder, his body when your up close to me is really thin but seems like he can hold his own, however when theres alot of bodies in the post hes being pushed around like a ragdoll! its his mechanics that worry me not his build. i really payed attention last night didnt even have a beer because i was soo excited! BLAIR IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!do you guys remember one of the rockets trying to take a rebound away from blair? i think it was landry, he almost hyperextended his elbow and broke it just to grab a rebound!! as soon as blair came in the game started turning around, it was incredible!! everytime blair came in we cut down leads significantly!! i honestly didnt think he would be that great, he threw scola around , got into a lil scuffle w/him didnt back down whatsoever. i noticed the rockets already started changing their defense around blair, and yes they were doubling him in the post already
sorry guys had to repost that msg its important to know how ian really doesnt even have potential!! he has the body but nothing and i mean nothing else, hes way to weak, i went to the game thinking hes going to prove me wrong, and when i saw the stats on the big screen i freaked, i atleast thought he had more rebounds the guy is done the spurs need to package him and try to get something for him some stupid team will give us something for him, anyone have any ideas as to what we can get with him ???
