Just finished watching, awesome movie!!
Maybe the ending could be better, but I guess that's because we all wanted him to blow up the city hall.
Or him getting shot by Foxx. Or both.

The movie was decent. WTF are people going crazy like they just watched Grandma's Boy or something great like that?
Didn't watch it, but I see it's a comedy.
With all the planning he was capable of, anyone think he didn't have an out?

I doubt it. But that was my thought too, as smart as he was, he didn't anticipate the possibility of getting found out.
That's especially what I see that as an impossibility. I figure he had to have some kind of a "trip" device so he knew someone else was there.

This movie was a good thriller. I was rooting for Gerard Butler the whole way. The ending did suck a little but I liked how Gerard Butler's character accepted his fate and didn't fight it.
I just saw it... what a bunch of bull ! so the unscrupulous DA gets away with it? give me a ing break! Foxx should have died as well.

I'm usually into movies that make you think and hwhwhwhatnot. Guess I'm just better than most of you.
It was an awesome movie despite being pretty damn unrealistic.
I love a bad ass revenge movie, and the way the movie develops so quickly in the beginning makes it really exciting. Sometimes you just have to accept a movie for what it is and be entertained. And as stated, the ending does let you down a little bit compared to the rest, but a fun movie overall. I must say that when I saw previews way before it came out, I thought the whole idea was stupid and never imagined myself seeing it, but definitely no regrets.
Well I am too, and probably many others who enjoyed this, but I can enjoy a movie like this from time to time if it's entertaining.

Just saw this movie, and I am disappointed.
Spoilers...
I wanted Butler to blow up city hall/the Mayor in the worst way. I wanted to see him complete his mission. I wanted to see the city of Philadelphia brought to their knees. All that anticipation only to end in such a ty way.
Gargled 'em something fierce. I watched it and couldn't keep from laughing at all their "plot twists", specifically the plot as it related to the murderers at the beginning of the film. So fake... Seeing Regina King in a real role elicited a few chuckles as well. I kept anticipating something stupid befalling her ala every other movie she's been in.
it was an alright film but it was too farfetched a story especially the behind the scenes going on.
